12 by 12 Booth: $300
12’x12′ space to erect your popup and booth trappings. All spaces will be marked and are located outdoors, with plenty of foot traffic. Booth rental includes:
- 2 tickets to the festival (Multiple businesses are welcome to share a booth.
- your logo on the Self-Reliance Festival website
- Your swag or flyer on the swag map
Vendors provide tent, tables, promotion materials, and swag. We will do our best to provide electricity, to the capacity of the facility. You supply extension cord and surge protector.
Premium Booth Sponsor: $1000
12’x12′ space to erect your popup and booth trappings RIGHT BY THE EVENT TENT. All spaces will be marked and are located outdoors, with plenty of foot traffic. Booth rental includes:
- 2 tickets to the festival
- your logo on the Self-Reliance Festival website
- Your logo on the Sponsor Board
- Your swag or flyer on the swag map

SPLIT A Booth: $150
Half a 12’x12′ space to erect your popup and booth trappings. We will match you with another half booth. All spaces will be marked and are located outdoors, with plenty of foot traffic. Booth rental includes:
- 1 ticket to the festival
- your logo on the Self-Reliance Festival website
- Your swag or flyer on the swag map
Vendors provide their tent (We will connect you to make arrangements), tables, promotion materials, and swag.

We will offer participants a map of free of goodies and information they can pick up at your booth!

Vendor setup hours
- Friday, October 3, 2-6 pm
- Saturday, October 4, 7-8 am
If we can open sooner on Friday, we will – and we will know this closer to the event.
When you arrive during setup hours, check in with your vendor manager at the information booth.
Bring everything you need:
- Shelter
- Tables
- Chairs
- Paper towels
- Tape
- Buckets if you need a water supply
- We will provide Internet if Starlink works well at the Marina
- Limited access to power is possible for a power hookup fee (the Marina charges for this)
Vendors may drive to building to offload and on-load. Please plan to drop off your gear, then park in designated parking.
